Being a manufacturing company with our very own Elevator Systems, EITA research arm (EITA R & D Sdn. Bhd.) has taken a strategic direction to expand our in-house R & D Centre to foster continuous improvements and innovations in order to meet international standards and be ahead of our competitors.
EITA RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our dedicated R & D Center and engineers have been continuously undertaken research and development to upgrade the innovation of our Elevator Systems in the areas of high performance controller boards, improved LCD displays and energy saving products.
Currently, EITA is now in the midst of expansion planning for our new 3 acres land at the Bukit Raja, Klang – Selangor, Malaysia site which is targeted to be completed towards end 2014. We will be constructing new Manufacturing facilities in order to expand our production capacity. Also, housed at this new site, there will be a new R & D Facility with a 20-storey Testing Tower. We are expecting, with this new facility will come perfectly to further support our work project well in long run.
EITA DESIGN / PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING
We are the global marketing oriented company in control our production process to comply the international quality standard of our own equipment and components.
Our equipment is designed to be modular to facilitate faster and flexible installation, ultimately, this is effectively to ensure our delivery of project on time target.
In combination, we are well prepared to have our both design and manufacturing facilities in-house to carry on with our advantages of operations’ efficiency and effectiveness;

EITA DOMESTIC SERVICE MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves in having a strong pool of dedicated, experienced and qualified Service Maintenance team. Our Service Maintenance Department alone accounts for almost 50% of EITA’s overall staff head-count. Our team is ever ready to provide effective and efficient after sales services to ensure our lifts and escalators are properly maintained and in good working condition, thus meeting our customer satisfaction. We also have a 24-hour Hotline Centre to attend to any breakdowns.
